In Dar es Salaam, Minister Vincent Biruta was received by his Tanzania counterpart, Minister Liberata Mulamula.
After a tête-à-tête, they co-chaired the 15th Joint Permanent Commission between Rwanda & Tanzania and signed Joint Permanent Commission decisions as well as an Memorandum of Understanding in Defence cooperation. (End)
