A delegation led by Permanent Secretary(PS) of Rwanda Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Clementine Mukeka, is in Kampala for the Technical Meeting of Joint Permanent Commission to discuss various areas of cooperation.
The Meeting is being co-chaired by Vincent Bagiire, Permanent Secretary of Uganda Ministry of Foreigner Affaires, and Clementine Mukeka. (End).
