Kigali: He allegedly embezzled millions of Francs provided by UNESCO for the Rwanda Association of Journalist (ARJ) and when it came to accounting for the money before the media fraternity, he fled claiming persecution by government. The law could have finally caught up with opposition politician Deo Mushayidi.
